ABR Tech Labs runs cafirmflow.com, a static website that describes CAFirmFlow. The site has no accounts and no forms of its own.

It runs PostHog for page analytics and session replay, so we can see which pages are read and where visitors get stuck, and Sentry for error reports. PostHog sets one cookie on cafirmflow.com for a year; both services keep what they collect on servers in the United States. The same PostHog project serves the application, so if you later sign in at app.cafirmflow.com, your visits here are joined to your account there. No advertising or marketing pixels load.

Text, images and fonts are served from this site. On the Contact and Pricing pages, Cal.com’s booking calendar loads so you can pick a time.

You can reach us by WhatsApp, phone or email; each opens your own app, and nothing you send that way passes through this site or is stored by it.

The product screens on the homepage are from one firm’s account, with client and staff names changed.

Booking a demo

The calendar on our Contact and Pricing pages is run by Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com holds what you enter (your name, email address, phone number and your note) and emails it to us. This site stores none of it. Cal.com’s own privacy policy covers how it handles that data.

The CAFirmFlow application

The CAFirmFlow application, where client and case data is actually handled, lives at app.cafirmflow.com. Its privacy practices are covered separately, inside the application itself.
