Questions
What counts as a user?
Anyone in the firm with a login: partners, CAs, managers, office staff and articles. Clients don’t log in. Your band is the number of users you give a login to, not your headcount.
How are we billed?
Monthly, by bank transfer or UPI, on a GST invoice with 18% GST added, for the users you have that month. A firm of twelve pays ₹25,000 once and ₹3,000 a month. There is no minimum term: add or remove users, or stop, and the next invoice follows.
What happens when we grow past a band?
You pay the difference in set-up once; the price per user stays the same.
What if the price changes?
Firms already with us hear at least 90 days before any change applies to them.

Not on your own yet. Book a demo and see it with your own case types. If you start and decide within 30 days of set-up not to continue, the set-up fee is returned in full.
How is askAAsha charged?
The firm’s first 125 questions are included. After that the firm loads a prepaid balance, shared by everyone in it. The price of a question is shown in the casebook before you load anything. Nothing is charged beyond what you have loaded, and the balance never expires.
What counts as a question?
One message sent to askAAsha, however long the answer. A follow-up counts as another.

Download your whole casebook as an Excel file, and every document, any time; we delete our copy within 30 days.
